ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Forward Deployed Engineer in Madrid, you will play a critical role in delivering and implementing Parloa’s enterprise AI platform for our strategic customers in Spain and beyond. You’ll own the technical delivery of integration projects, working directly with customers and partners to design, implement, and scale impactful solutions. This role is both hands-on and customer-facing, blending software engineering, solution architecture, and technical consulting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical implementation and deployment of Parloa’s platform within customer environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Parloa and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, ticketing, and contact center platforms.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Solution Engineering, Product, Partner Success) to understand requirements and deliver custom configurations.

• Support discovery workshops, technical deep dives, and solution design sessions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues throughout deployment and go-live.

• Document implementation best practices, reusable patterns, and technical guidance.

• Mentor and guide partners and junior engineers during deployments.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, implementation, or similar) within enterprise SaaS.

• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration methodologies.

• Solid programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar).

• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms, and networking concepts.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in dynamic settings.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Experience working with enterprise customers in Spain is a plus.
